문제

• 40 점 이하는 탈락
• 하지만 점수 차이가 2점 이하이면 십의 자리에서 반 올림해줌. 
• 0<점수<=100

def gradingStudents(grades):

    for i in range(len(grades)):
        if grades[i] > 37 and grades[i] < 100:
            if (grades[i]//5 + 1)*5 - grades[i] < 3 and (grades[i]//5 + 1)*5 - grades[i] > 0:
                    grades[i] = (grades[i]//5 + 1)*5
    return grades
